BLIMP Bakery is a Capitol Hill micro-bakery offering limited-release collections of cookies and pastries seasonally throughout the year. Each drop is baked in small batches, thoughtfully designed for the season, and offered online for preorder with scheduled local pickup.
Our next seasonal cookie drop arrives this fall. In the meantime, we take special orders for gifts and events year-round.

While BLIMP Bakery offers seasonal cookie drops several times a year, we regularly take on special orders for parties, dinners, corporate events, and other gatherings.
We specialize in elegantly designed fruit tarts, hand-decorated royal icing sugar cookies, and a variety of other cookies — including our fan-favorite jumbo brown butter chocolate chunk cookies. Everything is beautifully packaged in signature BLIMP Bakery gift boxes with ribbon, ready to give.
Special orders are available for local pickup or delivery on Capitol Hill. We ask for at least two weeks' notice.
